What shipping methods are available?

We use a fast shipping service for all orders in the USA. The cost is free for any order. At the moment, we are unable to deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take to get my package?

Order delivery time is estimated to be 10-21 business days in the USA (please keep in mind that arrival time will be delayed during peak season).

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only provide service in the US.

What payment methods are accepted?

– We are providing payment through services: Stripe.

– Acceptable Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Is buying on-line safe?

Yes. We don’t like it when people give our personal information away. As a result, we will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with anybody.

Can I switch my order?

No. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled. However, you can only cancel your order on the same day if you do so within 6 hours of placing it.
If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Please be aware that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied to the cancellation process. You can send any requests to contact@Beddingaholic.com.

Can I return or refund my order?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of delivery and don’t have any sub-fees, except shipping cost when you send the return package.

What is the policy’s time frame?

Our policy was in effect for 20 days after the delivery process was completed.
After 20 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at contact@Beddingaholic.com.
